RICS

Founded in 1868, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is the world's oldest real estate industry professional association. It received the Royal Charter of the United Kingdom in 1881, awarded by Queen Victoria. Its headquarters is in London, and it has international offices worldwide. RICS in Germany, which was founded in Frankfurt am Main in 1994, occupies a leading position within continental Europe. Its membership of approximately 1,500 includes many enthusiastic local real estate industry professionals.

This German national branch of the association is spearheading the dynamic growth of the region by way of a strategy that combines the strengths of an internationally renowned professional organization with expertise when it comes to local market requirements.

 

DVP

Bayern Projekt is a supporting member of the Deutsche Verband der Projektmanager in der Bau- und Immobilienwirtschaft e. V. (German Association of Project Managers in the Building and Real Estate Industry) (DVP). The association was founded in 1984 with the aim of broadening and improving the quality of expertise in this field, and making that expertise accessible to interested experts. It also aims to promote cooperation between project participants in the construction sector through its members.

Today, through its various activities, the DVP represents companies involved in project management for the construction and real estate industry as a well-known and recognized professional association whose objectives have remained constant over the years.

 

IMMOEBS

IMMOEBS e. V. is the association for alumni and sponsors of post-graduate and master’s degree courses in real estate economics at the European Business School and the University of Regensburg.

The philosophy and strategy of IMMOEBS are founded on three pillars:

The association has made it its mission to establish a platform that meets the needs of those working in the real estate industry, and the needs of young professionals in particular.
