Innovative 24-hour concept: leonardi takes over catering at the Bavaria Towers

»» Spectacular staff restaurant for up to 1,100 guests
»» Central provider for gastronomy and services

Munich, December 2018 - Strictly no convenience food! All dishes are always fresh and of high quality - with this motto leonardi has become one of the market leaders for corporate gastronomy in Munich and the surrounding area. Now the successful operator has also taken over the catering of the landmark property Bavaria Towers in the east of Munich. Just in time for the 10th anniversary of the company, leonardi is moving into one of the most spectacular new buildings in the Bavarian capital. True to the mission statement of the real estate ensemble, "Tomorrow starts today", the company focuses on innovative concepts and services. In addition to a large employee restaurant and various café bars, there will also be a retail shop with fresh produce where Bavaria Towers employees can get their supplies. Also on offer: a cleaning service and a package acceptance shop with changing cubicle - a completely new service in times of online shopping. "The entire ensemble of buildings is aimed at companies from the industries of the future. They place particularly high demands on services for their employees," explains Sven Renz, Managing Director of Bayern Projekt GmbH. "We are therefore delighted that we were able to attract leonardi, one of Munich's most progressive operators, to the Bavaria Towers. Whether it's a fresh lunch kitchen, creative catering in the conference room or an occupied roll at a late hour - we are equipped to meet all your needs.

The aim of the project developer Bayern Projekt is to offer tenants and employees in the four high-rise buildings the best possible all-round service. The offer begins with a high-quality company restaurant (the so-called Campus Casino) for up to 1,100 guests per day on the first floor of the Sky Tower. This non-public staff restaurant offers daily fresh food at four different theme counters, where visitors can enjoy live cooking with regional, market-fresh ingredients: traditional, pizza and pasta, grill & salad and wok.

With exciting interior design, a feel-good ambience and a varied range of food, the Bavaria Towers will ensure that lunch breaks will be the best time of the day for employees in the future. It is precisely for these high standards that the caterer leonardi is known - for fresh, healthy and conscious nutrition and exceptional gastronomic concepts.

Cafébars and retail shops
The two café bars on the ground floors of Sky Tower and Star Tower each offer café specialities and delicious breakfast, as well as snacks at lunchtime and desserts and patisserie products freshly made daily in leonardi's own patisserie. The retail shop in the Star Tower is designed to meet the needs of modern employees who can stock up on fresh produce outside of the traditional opening hours. "We are proud that in such a showcase project as the Bavaria Towers we are able to take on one of the most important functions of all - providing employees with healthy and, above all, fresh food," says Thomas Kisters, CEO of leonardi. "Our innovative and pragmatic approach immediately convinced Bayern Projekt".

Everything for the users
Extremely practical for all office users: A cleaning service is available to the users of the building via the central supply in the Star Tower. A small highlight is the parcel acceptance shop with changing cubicle: Here employees can try on the products they have purchased in online shopping and send them back directly if they don't like them - without first having to take them home with them and then transport them back to the office.

Munich prestige object enters final phase
The landmark project at the corner of Einsteinstrasse and Prinzregentenstrasse, with an investment volume of 380 million euros, is in the final phase of completion and should be ready for occupancy by mid-2019. The real estate project is the first major high-rise project in years to be approved in Munich and embodies the progress of the state capital. After more than ten years of preparation and planning by Bayern Projekt GmbH - in cooperation with the investors Zurich Insurance and the Von der Heyden Group - the Bavaria Towers are now nearing completion. The marketing of the office space is also developing excellently - around 80% of the floors are now rented or reserved.
