The future is starting right here, right now: As Munich's most modern real estate ensemble, the Bavaria Towers will redefine the city's east. Based on our vision for a high-rise ensemble, Bayern Projekt GmbH secured the first sites at the location as early as 2005. Bayern Projekt GmbH has been actively pursuing the development of this Munich landmark project as developer ever since. Following acquisition in early 2007, new and more profitable development rights have been created via an international architects’ competition for a high-rise ensemble with ca. 77.000 m². Realisation of the project starts in 2014 and the first buildings will be completed in 2017.

In March 2017, we and our partner Europa Capital successfully acquired the headquarters of Telefónica Deutschland GmbH in Munich's Moosach district. The office building is prominently located on the central beltway “Mittlerer Ring” near the Olympiapark, and is fully leased to Telefónica until 2018. For a sum in the triple-digit millions range and acting as a joint venture, we were able to bring the sale of the approximately 42,000 square meters of total rental space at the Georg-Brauchle-Ring 23-35 to a close. With the largest real estate transaction in Munich in 2017 so far, we are strengthening our market position and diversifying our development portfolio in our core market Munich.

Bayern Projekt GmbH as development manager successfully handled the entire project from start to finish including rebranding and refurbishment until full occupancy on behalf of an institutional investor.

Following acquisition of the property portfolio in 2008 new planning permission was created for a modern office and commercial project with 5.000 m² G.F.A. corresponding to the market position. The project was fully rented prior to construction start and sold to a private investor following realisation and handover to the tenants in 2013.
